The Josy Barthel stadium is located 1.4 km from the residence. It has been condemned to demolition since the new Luxembourg stadium was commissioned in 2022. The old stadium will be replaced by housing.



The Belair sports hall is 1.2 km away and includes a large sports center and swimming pool.



Shopping centers are just a few minutes away by car, as is the Luxembourg hospital center. The "La Belle Étoile" and "City Concorde" shopping centers are 3.6 km and 4.3 km respectively from the residence.

You can take the "Tram" (tramway) from Place de l'Etoile, which runs between Luxexpo The Box and Central Station via Place de Paris. The route will be extended to the airport (Findel) and the Cloche d'Or to the south of the Gasperich district until 2023.
